Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital SaaS subscriptions
GoToTask is primarily delivered as a cloud subscription. Refunds, if any, depend on the plan purchased, promotional terms shown at checkout, and applicable law. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, we honour it.
2. Subscription cancellation
- You may cancel renewal through billing settings or by contacting support before the renewal date.
- Cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
3. Refund requests
- Refund requests must be sent in writing to gototaskcare@gmail.com with account details and invoice reference.
- We review eligibility within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7–14 business days).
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
4. Non-refundable items
- Fees for third-party services or taxes paid to authorities.
- Usage that has already been delivered within the paid period.
- Custom professional services unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
5. Disputes
We aim to resolve billing disputes fairly. Please include documentation (screenshots, invoice IDs) to speed up review.
