1. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing GoToTask, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

GoToTask provides a hosted software service for workforce operations (including tasks, attendance, leave, timesheets, and reporting). Features available to you depend on your plan and administrator configuration.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Administrators may invite users subject to seat limits on your plan.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or infringing use of the service.
• No attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe the service beyond normal use.
• No transmission of malware or unsolicited bulk messaging through the platform.

5. Customer data

You retain rights to data you submit. You grant GoToTask a licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page and checkout flow. Taxes may apply. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practicable; material adverse changes will be communicated where required.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoToTask is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or legal requirement. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
