1. Digital delivery
GoToTask is a digital product. There is no physical shipment for the core SaaS. After successful registration and payment (where applicable), workspace access is delivered electronically via secure sign-in.
2. Access timeline
- Most customers receive access immediately after payment confirmation.
- Occasional delays may occur for fraud checks, failed payments, or account verification.
3. Onboarding materials
Help resources, documentation links, and onboarding guidance may be provided by email or inside the application. These are delivered digitally.
4. Professional services
If you purchase separate implementation or training packages, delivery timelines and artefacts will be described in your order or statement of work.
