1. Nature of Digital Service (No Physical Shipments)

GoToTask is an enterprise cloud software application. We do not dispatch physical parcels, CDs, or biometric scanning machines. All functionality—including GPS attendance tracking, task management, leave workflows, timesheets, and monthly reporting—is provisioned and delivered over secure internet protocols.

2. Electronic Delivery Timelines

• Instant Workspace Activation: Upon completing registration and email verification, your workspace URL and administrative portal are provisioned immediately (typical latency under 15 seconds).
• Plan Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher tier or purchasing additional employee seats, extra capacity reflects immediately across your admin console upon successful payment confirmation.
• Delivery Confirmation: A welcome email containing your workspace login credentials, onboarding checklist, and tax invoice is dispatched automatically to your registered administrative email address.

3. Onboarding & Training Delivery

Training packages, assisted data migration (e.g. from Trello or Excel), and administrative onboarding sessions are conducted remotely via screen-share sessions and digital documentation in the Help Center.

4. Delivery Issues & Support Escalation
